My name is Monique Guthrie, I have been a graphic designer for seven fulfilling years and an artist for many more. I went to Fitchburg State looking to apply my art to design, and I learned how limitless that can really be. I am dual concentrating in Professional Communications in addition to Graphic Design. Studying Pro Comm has opened many doors for me and I have recently started to work at the Fitchburg Art Museum.
In my time at FSU I have produced a body of work that I am very proud of, I have also been PR for a number of clubs on campus as well. To work with so many different organizations has helped me learn to better compromise and manage my time. I have worked with FSU Mainstage, the Fitchburg Art Museum, FSU GSA, Improv Club, the Environmental League of Fitchburg and Falcon Theater Company. In addition to working with multiple organizations I have worked with clients creating logos, posters, tattoo designs, t-shirts and more.
I live and breathe graphic design, it is so fulfilling to work closely with people to help them achieve their goals. For me it is all about helping others to make a vision come alive, this can be done by just being a good listener and communicating your ideas in a way that is easy to understand. I would love to work with you and help you achieve your goals through professional art and design. Contact me if you have any questions, I would love to help you with your future project and ideas.
